The Catholic Life of St Mary's

In the Autumn term of 2017, parents views were gathered regarding the Catholic life of St. Mary's School. In total 92 questionnaires were returned. We are very grateful to all those who kindly gave us feedback. The results are captured in the following table. We are delighted with the percent of positive responses but are aware there are areas we can improve and will work hard to address these issues in the coming months.

Some of the comments received on the questionnaires from parents.

'Lovely school and our child absolutely loves coming.'

'I have always been happy with St Mary's. Great school for both my children.'

'The RE provision here is excellent.'

'The school has got a lovely family feel to it and it's mission statement is reflected in the day to day life of the school.'

'My child is gaining very good catholic education. Pupils are taking part in Catholic life.'

'Not received any specific RE feedback.'

'I am not too sure about what exactly children learn at religious lessons.  I can see my child has got some knowledge but it could be maybe a good idea to update parents how do they learn it.  I know they pray every day and that's important.'

'I have put neither as I do not know what the curriculum is for RE or what they are learning.'
